According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occured at around 9:22 p.m. November 11 on State Route 78 near Centre City Parkway.
Escondido, CA – 25-year-old Pablo Ivan Lopez Marin was identified by San Diego County Coroner's Office as a pedestrian was killed in mid November crash on Highway 78 in Escondido.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occured at around 9:22 p.m. November 11 on State Route 78 near Centre City Parkway.
Marin was crossing the highway when when for unknown reasons he was struck by a Toyota SUV.
Marin was declared dead at the crash site.
The driver behind the wheel stayed at the location and cooperated with the police.
No further information about the incident was reported.
The accident is still under investigation.
