Richland, WA.- Three people were injured in a collision involving a suspected DUI driver in Richland on Friday night, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident happened on SR 240, just south of the I-182 interchange, at around 11 p.m. Friday, December 6.
According to the report, Ricardo Arroyos, 24, of Pasco, was driving a Ford Explorer northbound on SR 240 when he collided with a southbound Nissan Versa driven by Eduard Ballesteros Morales, 35, of Kennewick.
Both drivers and a passenger in the SUV, Samantha Bounds, 21, of Benton County, were all taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland for treatment of uspecified injuries.
The involved parties were not wearing their seat belts, according to the WSP report.
Arroyos is expected to face DUI charges in connection with the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
