The man driving the Toyota was hospitalized with major injuries
Kings County, CA. – A woman was killed in a car crash that left a man injured near Hanford in Kings County early Sunday.
Just after midnight, the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident in the area of Fargo and 13th Avenues.
A woman driving a Chevy Traverse north on 13th had stopped at a 4-way stop and was proceeding through the intersection when she collided with a Toyota Four Runner that ran a stop sign on Fargo.
The woman was killed in the accident.
The man driving the Toyota was hospitalized with major injuries.
Authorities believe alcohol may be a factor.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
