First responders attempted lifesaving measures on the pedestrian but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene
San Diego, CA. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Monday evening in Chula Vista.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the accident happened around 6:14 p.m. in the 1000 block of Industrial Boulevard.
A pedestrian was crossing Industrial Boulevard and was hit by a Toyota Camry.
First responders attempted lifesaving measures on the pedestrian but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The 44-year-old driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
