Police reported that Lee was crossing the intersection when he was hit by a motorcycle

Portland, OR.– Roger R. Lee, 86, was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident that occurred last month in Portland, according to Portland police.
The incident took place at about 9:10 p.m. March 9, on Southeast Powell Boulevard and 67th Avenue.
Police reported that Lee was crossing the intersection when he was hit by a motorcycle.
Lee was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The motorcycle rider was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash led to the closure of Southeast Powell Boulevard as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
