Los Angeles, California – The woman who was killed early Friday morning in a hit-and-run accident near Green Meadows in Los Angeles has been identified as Jeannie Huynh, 20, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.
The deadly accident occurred around 12:45 a.m., May 16, in the area of Florence and Towne avenues.
Authorities said Huynh was crossing the street when she was struck by a vehicle that was traveling eastbound on Florence Avenue.
Huynh was killed in the accident.
The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.
The LAPD Central Traffic Division is conducting the investigation.
