Two people had to be airlifted to trauma centers for treatment

Timber, OR. – One person was killed in a car accident that occurred near Timber on Saturday evening.
According to Oregon State Police, the accident happened around 6 p.m. on Highway 26 near Music Road.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The impact of the collision sent one of the cars off the roadway and down a 60-foot embankment.
At least one person was killed in the accident.
Two people had to be airlifted to trauma centers for treatment.
Three patients were transported by ground ambulances.
