Phoenix, AZ.- The woman who was killed in a crash involving two vehicles in Phoenix on Sunday night has been identified as Hayley Kramer, 34, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The incident took place on 43rd and Sweetwater avenues at around 8 p.m. June 1.
Kramer was reportedly driving a four-door vehicle southbound on 43rd Avenue when she crashed head-on into a northbound two-door vehicle that swerved into the path of oncoming traffic.
Police reported that Kramer was rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the other vehicle and two children were hospitalized and were expected to survive.
The crash remains under investigation.
