Stanford, CA.- A student died when he was hit by a vehicle while riding an electric bike near Stanford University early Saturday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident took place in the area of Palm Drive and Arboretum Road at about 2:57 a.m. May 31.
According to the report, Aradshar Chaddar was riding a Tuttio Adria E-bike in the area when he was involved in a collision with a Honda Accord.
Chaddar was rushed to Stanford Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver stayed at the scene after the collision.
Drugs and alcohol were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
