Clovis, CA. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with two cars Tuesday morning at an intersection in Clovis, the Clovis Police Department reported.
The incident happened around 10 a.m. near Peach and Shaw avenues.
Authorities said a car was changing lanes when it hit the motorcyclist. The rider lost control of the bike and struck a second car and a light pole.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital in unknown condition.
The drivers stopped and remained at the scene.
According to a witness, the man was riding his motorcycle at a high rate of speed when they approached the first vehicle.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
