According to police, Robbin Oliver, 35, was driving eastbound on Buckeye Road when she crashed into the side of a second vehicle

Phoenix, AZ.- One person was killed in a suspected DUI collision that happened in Phoenix on Tuesday evening, according to a report by the Phoenix Police Department.
The accident took place in the area of 40th Avenue and Buckeye Road shortly after 6:30 p.m. June 12.
According to police, Robbin Oliver, 35, was driving eastbound on Buckeye Road when she crashed into the side of a second vehicle.
Oliver continued heading east and slammed into a tow truck waiting at a train crossing.
A third vehicle was hit by debris from the collision.
A man who was a passenger in Oliver's vehicle was killed in the incident.
Oliver was suspected of DUI was later arrested and booked on charges of vehicular manslaughter and endangerment.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
