Phoenix, AZ – A male motorcyclist was critically injured in a traffic collision near an intersection in North Phoenix Monday night.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the incident was reported near 7th Street and Grovers Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. on June 16.
Reportedly, the motorcycle collided with a second vehicle for unknown reasons. The motorcycle ended underneath the car, trapping the male rider.
The man, whose name and age was not disclosed was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The intersection was shut down for several hours during the on-scene investigation.
