Los Angeles, CA.- Jose Villalobos, 34, was killed in a hit-and-run collision that happened earlier this month in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident took place on Century Boulevard at around 11:10 p.m. June 1.
Police reported that Villalobos was riding a bicycle on Century Boulevard when he was hit by a westbound silver Chevy Camaro traveling at a high rate of speed.
The driver of the Camaro fled the scene after the incident.
Villalobos was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
