Sheriff's deputies attempted to perform a traffic stop on a motorcyclist, but the rider failed to yield and fled leading to a deadly crash

San Bernardino County, CA – Three people who were killed in a traffic collision involving a motorcyclist who was fleeing the police in Redlands about two weeks ago have been identified.
The San Bernardino County Coroner's Office identified the victims as 56-year-old Kenneth Stein from Highland, 86-year-old Loretta Frug Stein from Highland, and Justin Sutton, 26, of Redlands.
The deadly crash happened at about 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10 at the intersection of Redlands Boulevard and Tennessee Street.
Reportedly, a motorcyclist, later identified as Sutton, was fleeing the police when the crash occurred.
Authorities said deputies with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department tried to stop Sutton for alleged reckless driving, but Sutton fled from the deputies and collided with a vehicle occupied by the Steins.
