Phoenix, AZ.- A woman was killed and a man was injured in a dirt bike accident in Phoenix on Wednesday night, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened on 16th Street and Southern Avenue at about 10 p.m. June 25.
According to the report, a man and a woman were riding on a dirt bike when they were involved in a collision with a vehicle.
The two riders were rushed to a hospital, where the woman was pronounced deceased.
The man was hospitalized and was expected to survive.
The other driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
