Eugene, OR. – A bicyclist was injured after being struck by a car on Tuesday afternoon in Eugene.
According to the Eugene Police Department, the accident happened in the area of River Road and Federal Lane at around 1 p.m.
A 63-year-old man who was riding a gas-powered bicycle northbound in the southbound bike lane was struck by a Toyota Sienna driven by a 31-year-old woman.
The bicyclist was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
