20-year-old Gael Garcia was struck by a car at about 2:00 a.m., June 29, near Osborn Road and 75th Avenue.
Phoenix, AZ – A young man was hit and killed by a vehicle while riding an electric bike in West Phoenix early Sunday, according to the police.
Garcia was riding an electric bike when he was struck by a car traveling southbound on 75th Avenue.
Garcia was transported to the hospital where he later died.
The driver of the car fled the scene and remains at large
The deadly incident remains under investigation.
