, AZ – The Arizona Department of Public Safety has released the name of a man who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 in Tucson on Wednesday.

DPS identified the man as Diego Blayze Salinas, 21, of Tucson.

Authorities said Diego Salinas crashed into the back of a commercial vehicle on Interstate 10 at Speedway on July 9 and was ejected from the bike.

Investigators said another vehicle struck the motorcycle and possibly Salinas after the initial crash.

Salinas was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash happened on I-10 at Speedway on Wednesday, July 9.

A 21-year-old man was riding a motorcycle in the area when he crashed into the rear of a commercial vehicle.

The impact caused the rider to be ejected from his motorcycle.
