CHP reported that Medina was driving an Acura TSX southbound on Grantland Avenue when she failed to stop for a stop sign and her car was struck on the driver's side by a Jeep Wrangler

Fresno County, CA.- The woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Fresno County on Thursday evening has been identified as Guillermina Medina, 60, of Clovis, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Grantland Avenue and Olive Avenue at about 5:45 p.m. July 17.
CHP reported that Medina was driving an Acura TSX southbound on Grantland Avenue when she failed to stop for a stop sign and her car was struck on the driver's side by a Jeep Wrangler.
Medina was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, where she was later pronounced deceased.
Drugs and alcohol were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The California Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the accident.
