The incident was reported around 7:14 p.m. on northbound Interstate 405, just north of Edwards Street.
A motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision.
The rider was sitting in the No. 1 lane, and the bike was blocking the No. 2 lane after the crash.
One person sustained minor injuries in the accident.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
