Phoenix, AZ – A man was killed in a fiery traffic collision near a Phoenix intersection last Sunday night.
The deadly crash happened at about 10 p.m. on July 27 at the intersection of 15th Avenue and Grant Avenue in Phoenix
According to the Phoenix police, the driver, identified as 25-year-old Jose Antonio Valenzuela Cota, was speeding when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a building on the south side of the road
Phoenix firefighters responded to the scene and helped put out the flames before pulling Jose Cota out of the vehicle.
Cota suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation, and no additional information is available.
