Stevens County, WA. – One person was injured in a pedestrian accident early Saturday morning in Stevens County.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened around 3:45 a.m. in the northbound lane of Highway 291 near Long Lake.
A woman was reportedly struck by a vehicle on the highway in unclear circumstances.
The woman was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The vehicle did not stop at the scene and was yet to be located.
