1 Severely Injured in Baker Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Rasor Road
Baker, California (August 5, 2022) – One person was airlifted following a major two-vehicle collision early Friday morning in Baker, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident occurred around 12:16 a.m. on northbound 15 Freeway, south of Rasor Road.
Per the report, a white Ford Fiesta and another vehicle crashed for reasons still under investigation.
Firefighters and medical personnel rushed to the scene to aid one party who suffered head and face injuries from the crash. The patient was flown to the hospital for further treatment.
Authorities closed all lanes following the accident.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the cars from the accident location.
