Police said a Honda Civic traveling south on Gosford Road was trying to turn west onto South Laurelglen Boulevard when it collided with a BMW heading south on Gosford Road
Bakersfield, CA – One person sustained critical injuries in a traffic collision on Saturday night in Bakersfield, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
The incident took place on Gosford Road and South Laurelglen Boulevard at about 10:20 p.m. April 13.
Police said a Honda Civic traveling south on Gosford Road was trying to turn west onto South Laurelglen Boulevard when it collided with a BMW heading south on Gosford Road.
A passenger in one of the vehicles was hospitalized with critical injuries.
Police said drugs and alcohol were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
