1 Injured after Sacramento Truck Accident at Watt Avenue and Marconi Avenue
Sacramento, California (July 21, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a big rig collision that happened late Wednesday night at an intersection in Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at around 11:56 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, at Watt Avenue and Marconi Avenue.
The CHP officials said a semi-truck and another vehicle collided for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene to assist one person who suffered a leg injury due to the accident. The patient was transported to a medical center for further treatment.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Additional information regarding this collision was not released.
An investigation by the CHP is ongoing.
