At about 8:15 a.m. on May 15, the California Highway Patrol received reports of a crash involving at least two vehicles at the intersection of Highway 134 and Glendale Avenue.
Responding crews located a white Toyota Corolla and another vehicle involved in the crash.
Firefighters also responded to the scene and transported one injured person to Glendale Adventist Hospital.
The extent of the injuries sustained by the patient was not stated.
