Hayward, CA. – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a crash Monday afternoon in Hayward.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the mishap happened around 12:10 p.m. on Santa Maria Avenue and Castro Valley Boulevard.
A grey Lincoln struck a pedestrian for unknown reasons.
The unidentified pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries.
