1 Injured in Fiery Tipton Car Accident at Avenue 152 and County Road 152
Tipton, California (July 22, 2022) – Firefighters extricated one person trapped in a vehicle following a two-vehicle collision early Tuesday morning in Tipton, Tulare County, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at around 4:37 a.m. on westbound Avenue 152 at County Road 152.
Officials confirmed two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons. One of the vehicles reportedly burst into flames following the accident.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and freed one person pinned inside one of the cars. The patient was treated for minor injuries. The name of the injured party was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
