Medical Lake, Wash.- One person was injured in a car accident in Medical Lake on Monday morning, according to the Spokane County Sheriff's Department.
The crash took place on Stanley Street and Ladd Street at about 4 a.m. December 25.
According to the report, a silver Ford sedan was traveling northbound on Stanley Street when it collided with a Ford F250, whose driver ran a red light while traveling east on Ladd Street.
A party in the silver Ford was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries but was reportedly in stable condition.
The driver of the Ford F250, Luke Ruggiero, 18, was suspected of DUI. He was booked into the Spokane County jail on charges of vehicular assault.
The crash is under investigation.
