Barstow, CA. – At least one person was severely injured following a two-vehicle collision early Monday morning in Barstow, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 12:13 a.m. on 15 Freeway, just south of Zzyzx Road.
Police said two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation. One of the vehicles was completely burnt following the collision.
At least one individual sustained serious injuries due to the collision.
All lanes were blocked as Caltrans' sweeper cleaned the roadway.
