1 Injured in Union City Crash on 880 Freeway near Alvarado-Niles Road in Union City
Union City, California (June 21, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Monday afternoon in Union City.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the southbound 880 Freeway near Alvarado-Niles Road at around 3:53 p.m.
Three vehicles were recovered at the accident scene. The events leading up to the collision, however, were not immediately established.
Officials say at least one person was injured in the crash and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not provided.
