Motorcycle accidents have the potential to cause catastrophic injuries – most often to the rider of the motorcycle and/or their passengers. According to P. Mark Shayani, an experienced motorcycle accident attorney at Pacific Attorney Group, a separate and independent investigation into an accident is very crucial. “The investigation will help determine the exact cause of the accident. An attorney will conduct background checks, locate witnesses to the accident, as well as review applicable insurance coverage” he said.
From the report above, the circumstances surrounding the collision remain unclear. However, the authorities will gather information including witness statements to determine the cause of the accident.
