1 Injured in Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Douglas Boulevard in Auburn
Auburn, California (January 19, 2022) – A two-vehicle collision left at least one person injured on Tuesday evening in Auburn.
The 6:18 p.m. collision happened on the 80 Freeway near Douglas Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Officials say a Toyota Corolla and a white work truck were involved in the crash. Although the circumstances of the crash were yet to be established, the impact of the collision sent the van into a ditch.
One person complained of chest pain and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
