1 Injured in Car Accident on 5 Freeway near 91 Freeway in Buena Park
Orange County, California (December 19, 2021) – One person was injured in a traffic collision on Sunday morning in Buena Park.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the northbound 5 Freeway near 91 Freeway at about 4:43 a.m.
Two vehicles were recovered at the scene of the accident. Although the manner in which the accident happened was yet to be established, the impact reportedly caused one of the cars to overturn.
Some parties were trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by the officers who responded to the incident.
At least one person is reported to have suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
