1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 12 near Chadbourne Road in Fairfield
Fairfield, California (December 19, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Fairfield on Saturday afternoon, December 18.
The crash happened at about 1:01 p.m. on Highway 12 near Chadbourne Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the incident recovered four vehicles at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the collision, however, were yet to be established.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by the officers.
The victim was transported to the hospital with major injuries.
