1 Injured in Car Accident on Highway 395 in Hesperia; 14 Cows Killed
San Bernardino, California (December 17, 2021) – One person died in a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi hauling cattle on Tuesday morning in Hesperia.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened shortly after midnight Tuesday morning on Highway 395.
A semi-truck is reported to have struck a motorcycle that had been abandoned in the southbound traffic lane.

The semi-truck then collided head-on with another big rig hauling 32 heads of cattle. The cattle truck overturned, killing seven cattle. Seven more animals were euthanized due to severe injuries.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
