1 Injured in El Cajon Car Crash on Highway 67
El Cajon, California (October 14, 2021) – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision in El Cajon on Wednesday morning, October 13.
The crash was reported at about 10:05 a.m. on Highway 67, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances. A third vehicle was involved in the accident.
One person was treated at the scene before being transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
