1 Hurt after Hayward Car Accident on 880 Freeway near W Tennyson Road
Hayward, California (July 26, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a three-vehicle accident that resulted in minor injuries on Monday afternoon in Hayward.
According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, three vehicles crashed at around 5:51 p.m. July 25, on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of W Tennyson Road off-ramp.
Per the police, three vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
Firefighters and medical personnel rushed to the scene and attended to at least one person injured in the collision. Authorities did not release the total number of victims.
The vehicles were blocking the express lane and lane 1 following the crash. All the cars were reportedly towed away from the accident location.
No further details regarding this collision were provided.
