Police pursued the suspect for nearly two miles before the suspect slammed into a dark-colored SUV near East Washington Boulevard and Trinity Street

Los Angeles, CA.- One person was injured when a police chase ended in a crash in Los Angeles on Friday morning, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident started at about 7:30 a.m. when police spotted a suspected stolen vehicle in the area of Wall Street near East 5th Street.
Police pursued the suspect for nearly two miles before the suspect slammed into a dark-colored SUV near East Washington Boulevard and Trinity Street.
The SUV came to a rest on its roof in a parking lot.
The driver of the SUV was being treated for unspecified injuries.
The suspect was taken into custody after the accident.
The collision is under investigation.
