Investigators believe the driver of the Honda went across the centerline, resulting in the collision

Portland, OR.- One person was injured in a crash involving a big rig in Portland on Thursday, according to a report by the Portland Fire & Rescue.
A 2018 blue Peterbilt tractor-trailer and a tan 2014 Honda CRV reportedly collided head-on on North Columbia Boulevard.
Investigators believe the driver of the Honda went across the centerline, resulting in the collision.
The person driving the Honda had to be pulled out of the vehicle after getting trapped in the wreckage.
The driver was taken to a hospital with major injuries that were not suspected to be life-threatening.
Both directions of North Columbia Boulevard were shut down as authorities investigated the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
