At around 2:45 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on the 91 Freeway near Brookhurst Street.
A motorcycle reportedly collided with a car on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The rider was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
