1 Injured in Car Accident on Sherwood Avenue near Driver Road in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, California (September 10, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a Saturday morning car crash in Bakersfield.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Sherwood Avenue near Driver Road at around 6:23 a.m.
Four vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by the firefighters who responded to the incident.
One person was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
