1 Injured in Car Crash on 15 Freeway near Nipton Road in Barstow
Barstow, California (August 11, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident that happened on Wednesday afternoon in Barstow.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 1:23 p.m. on 15 Freeway near Nipton Road.
A van and a Lexus sedan were involved in the afternoon collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment in unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
