At Least 1 Injured in Westminster Crash on 405 Freeway and Valley View Street
Westminster, California (August 22, 2022) – One person complained of pain following a multi-vehicle collision on Sunday afternoon in Westminster, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident occurred on northbound 405 Freeway, just south of Valley View Street, at around 4:35 p.m. on August 21.
Per the dispatch, five vehicles collided for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and attended to at least one person who complained of pain due to the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately released.
The vehicles were blocking the HOV lane following the accident. Tow trucks were requested to remove the cars from the crash site.
Further details concerning this incident were not released.
