1 Hurt in South Gate Accident on 710 Freeway near Imperial Highway
South Gate, California (September 15, 2022) – One person sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday night in South Gate, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at around 8:21 p.m. on September 14, on southbound 710 Freeway, just north of Imperial Highway.
Per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed for reasons yet to be determined.
Emergency crews and medical personnel rushed to the scene to attend to one person injured in the accident. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident location.
Authorities closed all lanes following the accident. The roadway was cleared as of 9:14 p.m.
