1 Injured in Fairfield Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Air Base Parkway
Fairfield, California (August 3, 2022) – At least one person suffered minor injuries following a car accident on Tuesday evening in Fairfield, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at around 6:25 p.m. on August 2, on the eastbound 80 Freeway and Air Base Parkway off-ramp.
Police said three vehicles crashed for reasons yet to be determined.
Fire officials and medics arrived at the scene and attended to the injured persons who suffered minor injuries following the collision. A female party reportedly fainted following the crash. The total number of patients and their current condition remained undisclosed.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The roadway was cleared as of 6:54 p.m.
