The 10:28 a.m. accident happened in the area of Anita Avenue and Castro Valley Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person was riding a motorcycle on the roadway and crashed into a car.
The rider was ejected from the bike and ended up underneath the vehicle.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
