1 Injured in Car Crash on Highway 242 near Concord Avenue in Concord
Contra Costa, California (August 4, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Thursday morning in Concord.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 8:21 a.m. on Highway 242 near Concord Avenue.
A gray Toyota Prius, a black Honda, two trucks and some other vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
At least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to John Muir Medical Center in Concord.
