1 Hospitalized after Fair Oaks Car Accident at Madison Avenue and Sunrise Boulevard
Fair Oaks, California (August 12, 2022) – One person was taken to the hospital after two cars collided Friday morning at an intersection in Fair Oaks, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place at about 5:16 a.m. at Madison Avenue and Sunrise Boulevard.
A vehicle traveling westbound on Madison Avenue attempted to turn to southbound Sunrise Boulevard and collided with another car heading eastbound on Madison.
One person was transported to Mercy Hospital of Folsom by Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District firefighters with the complaint of pain to the back, neck and chest.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
