Castaic, CA – One person was injured in a big rig collision in Castaic on Thursday night, according to the authorities.
The incident took place at about 11:55 p.m. June 13, on the 5 Freeway near Highway 126.
A semi-truck was involved in the collision with multiple vehicles on the northbound side of I-5.
The big rig rolled onto its side following the collision.
The driver of the semi-truck was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital with minor injuries.
At least two lanes were blocked in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
